The Truth About Ford's Employee Pricing for Everyone Promotion Ford recently introduced the "American Value for American Values" program, a significant event that opens the same pricing typically reserved for Ford Motor Company employees to the general public. This means you pay the same amount as an internal staff member, which is a fixed price well below the MSRP. Historically, these events are time-limited and serve as a gesture of gratitude toward the communities that have supported the brand for over a century. At our dealership, we see this as a way to treat our neighbors like family, removing the need for stressful negotiations or hunting for obscure coupons. The program is straightforward: the price you see is the price you pay. This transparency is especially helpful for families who need to balance a budget without worrying about hidden catches. Because we are a local Ford dealership near you, we can walk you through exactly how the math works on your favorite model. For those with a busy schedule, we even offer convenient options like Ford Mobile Service for later needs or Ford Pick Up & Delivery to ensure your vehicle is cared for without interrupting your day. If you have questions about which specific trims qualify or how to start your paperwork, give us a quick call at (330) 462-7578. Our team is ready to provide clear, honest answers about the current promotion's rules and how they apply to the trucks and SUVs currently on our lot. If you'd rather see the lineup in person, our showroom address is easy to find right on Pennsylvania Ave. Table of Contents How Much Can You Save on Popular Ford Trucks? Comparing Ford F-150 Employee Pricing to the Chevy Silverado One of the most frequent questions we hear involves how the F-150 stacks up against rivals like the Chevy Silverado when employee pricing is on the table. While both trucks are built for durability, the Ford "Employee Pricing for Everyone" event offers pricing based on dealer invoice minus holdbacks, which may differ from competitor pricing. Because the A-Plan price is calculated by taking the dealer invoice price and subtracting specific holdbacks before adding a small administration fee, the final number is often lower than the best-negotiated price on a Silverado. For those looking to maximize their budget, we recommend you value your trade-in early in the process. Having a firm number for your current vehicle can help you see exactly how much the employee discount reduces your total out-of-pocket cost. If you are currently driving a different brand, you can use a KBB Instant Cash Offer to get a transparent valuation that we will honor at the dealership. This makes it easy to transition into a new truck from our F-Series work inventory. By combining a fair trade-in value with the "American Value" pricing, you can often step into a higher trim level, like the Lariat with its $74,568 starting MSRP, for a payment that fits your existing budget. Understanding Ford Plan Pricing: A-Plan vs. X-Plan and Lease Mileage Limits It helps to know the difference between the various "Plans" Ford offers. A-Plan is the deepest discount, specifically for Ford employees and their immediate family. X-Plan is a "Partner Recognition" program for employees of companies that supply parts or services to Ford. During the "Employee Pricing for Everyone" event, the public typically receives the A-Plan price or a very similar equivalent, which is significantly lower than X-Plan. This is a rare opportunity because X-Plan is usually the best a non-employee can hope for through their employer. Most standard leases offer options for 10,500, 12,000, or 15,000 miles per year. Choosing the right limit upfront is essential for commuters in Calcutta who may have a longer daily drive. This allows our finance department to secure the best rates available to pair with your employee pricing discount. For business users, these pricing plans also extend to versatile vehicles like our Transit work vans. Whether you are hauling gear for a local trade or transporting a large family, the same transparent pricing applies. We focus on making the financing process clear and jargon-light, so you know exactly what you are signing for before you leave the lot. What Vehicles Are Excluded and How Taxes, Fees, and Warranties Apply While the "Employee Pricing for Everyone" program is broad, there are a few specialty models that are typically excluded. These often include limited-production or high-performance variants such as the Mustang GTD, the Raptor lineup, and certain high-trim Super Duty configurations. However, the core of the lineup—including the Explorer, Expedition, and most F-150 trims—is usually eligible. It is also important to remember that the employee price does not include applicable tax, title, and license charges, which are standard for any vehicle purchase in Ohio. Every new 2026 Ford vehicle comes with a robust warranty to protect your investment. This includes a 3 years / 36,000 miles bumper-to-bumper warranty and a 5 years / 60,000 miles powertrain warranty. For those looking at the 2026 Super Duty F-250, you also benefit from a 5 years / 60,000 miles roadside assistance program. You can browse our new inventory to see which models are currently in stock and eligible for these protections. If you have a very specific build in mind, a new vehicle custom order is often the best way to get exactly the features you need. Common Questions About Ford Employee Pricing Q: Do I need a special PIN to get employee pricing during this event? During the "Employee Pricing for Everyone" promotion, you typically do not need to generate your own personal identification number (PIN) as an employee would. We handle the eligibility confirmation right here at the dealership. This simplifies the process so you can focus on choosing the right vehicle for your lifestyle. Q: Can I combine employee pricing with other Ford rebates? In many cases, Ford allows you to stack employee pricing with other publicly available incentives, such as cash-back offers or loyalty bonuses. However, these rules can change depending on the specific program. We recommend checking with our team to see which current offers can be combined to maximize your total savings. Q: Does employee pricing apply to the 2026 Ford Ranger? Yes, the 2026 Ford Ranger is generally included in these national promotions. For example, the XL trim with its 2.3L I4 engine is a frequent candidate for these savings. You can see the specific discounted price on our window stickers during the event period. Q: Are diesel engines included in the employee pricing program? Most Super Duty models equipped with the Power Stroke diesel engine are eligible for employee pricing, though some extremely high-end trims or limited editions may be excluded. This is a great way for local operators who do heavy towing to save on a more powerful engine configuration. Q: Is the warranty different if I buy using employee pricing? No, the warranty remains exactly the same as a standard purchase. You still receive the full 3 years / 36,000 miles bumper-to-bumper and 5 years / 60,000 miles powertrain coverage. Buying at a discount does not reduce the protection or the level of service you receive from our team.
