Demystifying Ford Employee Pricing for Everyone at Tri State Ford The "Employee Pricing for Everyone" event is a unique opportunity for the general public to access the same significant savings typically reserved for Ford Motor Company staff. Running from May 1, 2026, through July 6, 2026, this promotion simplifies the buying process by offering a fixed, transparent price on most new 2025 and 2026 models. When you visit our local Ford dealership, you will find that the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) is the standard pricing reference. Please contact Tri State Ford for current pricing details and available incentives. Families and professionals who frequent the shopping centers along State Route 170 in Calcutta often ask how this discount is calculated. In plain terms, we take the dealer invoice price, subtract the dealer holdback and advertising assessments, and add a standard administration fee. This creates a straightforward "bottom-line" price that eliminates the need for back-and-forth negotiation. Because this event is part of the 250th anniversary of America's founding, it represents one of the most aggressive value propositions we have seen in years. Our team is dedicated to making this process as convenient as possible for our neighbors. If you are balancing a busy work schedule or family commitments, you can take advantage of Ford pickup and delivery for various aspects of your purchase journey. We also offer Ford mobile service capabilities to ensure your new vehicle stays in peak condition without requiring a trip to the showroom. For those ready to see these savings in person, you can easily find directions to our East Liverpool location or give us a quick call to verify which specific trims are currently eligible for the employee discount. One of the most common questions we hear involves mileage limits. Standard Ford leases typically offer options for 10,500, 12,000, or 15,000 miles per year. Choosing the right limit upfront is essential; if you frequently drive between state lines for work, opting for a higher mileage tier can prevent overage fees at the end of the term. To help you get started, we recommend that you value your trade-in online to see how your current vehicle's equity can lower your new lease payment. We strive to keep our neighbors informed about all available savings. Beyond employee pricing, you can explore our new vehicle specials and manufacturer vehicle specials to see if additional incentives can be stacked with your discount. Even for those looking at pre-owned options, our used vehicle specials provide excellent value. Once you have found the right truck, you can complete a credit application online to streamline your visit. We also provide manufacturer monthly service specials to help you protect your investment for the long haul. Navigating Financing Rules and Verifying Your Employee Discount When you are ready to move forward with a purchase, understanding how financing interacts with employee pricing is key. Generally, Ford's Employee Pricing for Everyone can be combined with most publicly available incentives, including low-interest APR offers or localized cash-back bonuses. However, it is important to verify the specific "stackability" of these offers. For instance, while you might qualify for a loyalty discount, some promotional financing rates might require you to choose between the lowest APR and the maximum cash-back incentive. For those who rely on their vehicles for heavy-duty work or local manufacturing roles, our truck inventory includes a wide range of configurations. Whether you need an F-150 with Skid Plates for rural job sites or a Super Duty with Pro Power Onboard, we can help you verify the exact employee price for that specific VIN. Unlike the standard year-round employee program, you typically do not need to generate your own PIN during this event; we handle the eligibility confirmation right here at the dealership. If you are considering a high-quality used vehicle instead, we invite you to shop Carfax 1-owner vehicles to find a well-maintained truck or SUV. Reliability is a major factor for our customers, and starting with a clear vehicle history is a great way to ensure long-term value. Additionally, if you are preparing your current vehicle for trade-in, you can use our tool to find new tires by year, make, and model to ensure you receive the best possible appraisal value. Trading in Your Current Lease and Our Additional Trade-In Guarantee Many drivers believe they have to wait until the end of their lease term to upgrade, but that is rarely the case. If you are currently leasing a vehicle, you can often trade it in early, especially when market values are high. Our finance department specializes in calculating the payoff amount of your current lease and comparing it to the actual trade-in value. If your vehicle is worth more than the remaining balance, that "positive equity" can be applied directly as a down payment on a new Ford, making the transition to employee pricing even more affordable. At Tri State Ford, we offer a trade-in guarantee designed to provide peace of mind. We utilize independent valuation tools to ensure you receive a fair, transparent offer for your vehicle, regardless of its make or model. This is particularly helpful for local business owners looking at our transit work vans or F-Series trucks. By locking in a strong trade-in value, you can lower the amount financed and reduce your monthly commitment. The best way to experience the difference a new Ford makes is to get behind the wheel. We encourage you to schedule a test drive to explore features like the Tailgate Step w/ Work Surface on the F-150 or the FOX Racing Shocks on the Ranger Raptor. Seeing how these technologies work in real-world scenarios—like navigating the riverfront bluffs in East Liverpool—helps you make a more informed decision. Why Tri State Ford is the Premier Choice for Tri-State Area Buyers Choosing where to buy is just as important as choosing what to buy. Common Questions About Ford Employee Pricing and Leasing Q: Which 2026 models are eligible for the employee pricing event? Most new 2025 and 2026 Ford models qualify, including popular choices like the F-150, Explorer, and Ranger. Some high-performance or limited-production specialty trims may be excluded, so we recommend checking our truck inventory or contacting us directly to confirm the status of a specific vehicle. Q: Do I need a special code or PIN to get these savings? During the "Employee Pricing for Everyone" promotion, the general public does not need to generate a personal A-Plan or X-Plan PIN. We apply the discount at the dealership level, making the process much simpler than the standard employee program. You can check our hours and directions to visit us and see the discounted pricing in person. Q: Can I use employee pricing if I want to lease instead of buy? Yes, employee pricing can be applied to Ford Red Carpet Leases. This often results in a lower "capitalized cost," which can significantly reduce your monthly lease payment. If you are looking for a work vehicle, you might also want to browse our F-Series work inventory to see how these lease savings apply to commercial configurations. Q: What happens if I go over my mileage limit on a Ford lease? If you exceed the mileage limit established at the start of your lease, you will typically be charged a per-mile fee when you return the vehicle. However, if you decide to purchase the vehicle at the end of the lease, these mileage overages are usually waived. We can help you choose a mileage plan that fits your typical driving habits across the tri-state area. Q: Is the employee price the same at every Ford dealer? The base employee price (A-Plan/D-Plan) for a specific VIN is a fixed amount set by Ford. However, the final price can vary between dealerships based on additional local incentives, trade-in values, and dealer-specific benefits like our powertrain warranty. Your Path to Driving Home a New Ford with Employee Savings Securing your new Ford with employee-level savings is a straightforward process at our dealership.
