The Real Deal on Ford Employee Pricing for Everyone at Tri State Ford I'm Nick Pirl, and after 9 years as a Sales Manager here at Tri State Ford, I’ve seen a lot of sales events come and go, but nothing quite matches the impact of Ford’s Employee Pricing for Everyone. This program, officially known as the Employee Pricing for Everyone program campaign, is a special pricing event where we open up the internal A-Plan pricing structure to the general public. It means you pay exactly what a Ford Motor Company employee pays, which is significantly lower than the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price or MSRP. For families across East Liverpool, this event simplifies the buying process by removing the need for long negotiations and providing a transparent, fixed price on the vehicles you rely on every day. Our team understands that rising costs for groceries and gas have made every dollar count, which is why we’re so enthusiastic about this gesture of gratitude toward our community. Whether you are looking for a reliable commuter or a capable truck for weekend projects, you can explore our new-vehicle inventory to see the American Value pricing in action. To make things even easier for our neighbors, we offer a pickup and delivery service for your vehicle needs and even mobile service options to keep you on the road without disrupting your busy schedule. If you are ready to see how these savings fit into your budget, you can apply for credit online from the comfort of your home. We take pride in being a local Ford dealership that treats every customer like family, ensuring you get the best possible value on a new 2025 or 2026 model. If you want to talk through the details in person, you can get directions to our showroom or give us a quick call at (330) 462-7578. We also have a wide selection of specialized vehicles available through our new work truck inventory for those who need extra capability on the job site. ## Understanding the Math Behind the Employee A-Plan Discount The math behind the A-Plan discount is based on the dealer invoice rather than the sticker price. Specifically, the employee price is calculated by taking the dealer invoice, subtracting the dealer holdback and advertising assessment, and then adding a small administration fee of $275. This results in a final price that is often 3% to 5% below the dealer invoice, which can translate into several thousand dollars in savings depending on the model and trim you choose. For example, a 2026 Ford F-150 XL has a starting MSRP of $49,116, while a high-trim Platinum starts at $85,358. When you apply MSRP pricing is clearly displayed; please contact Tri State Ford for current pricing and offers. We want every buyer to feel confident that they are getting a fair deal without the stress of haggling. Because the price is set by Ford, the transparency is built right into the process. You can check out our current manufacturer vehicle specials to see how these discounts combine with other available offers. While many of our customers are focused on the latest models, we also maintain a high-quality selection of one-owner used vehicles for those who might be looking for a different value proposition. Seeing the American Value price on the window sticker next to the MSRP of $51,983 for an STX or $65,271 for an XLT makes the decision-making process much easier for families who value both quality and affordability. You can schedule a test drive online to experience the performance of a 5.0L V8 or the efficiency of a hybrid powertrain for yourself. Usually, A-Plan pricing is reserved for employees and their immediate family members who have to provide a PIN from the company portal. However, during the Employee Pricing for Everyone promotion, our team handles the eligibility confirmation directly. This removes a significant hurdle for the general public, allowing you to walk in and receive the same discount as a factory worker without any extra paperwork on your end. The program is designed to be inclusive, covering the vast majority of our 2025 and 2026 lineup. It’s a great time for local business owners to look at our inventory of Transit work vans, as these commercial vehicles are often eligible for the same deep discounts. Our finance department is also available to help you navigate how these savings impact your monthly payments, whether you are buying for personal use or for a fleet. Knowing when and where to shop is half the battle when looking for these kinds of savings. We keep our hours and directions updated so you can find a time that works with your schedule to visit us. Most gas-powered and hybrid models in our current inventory qualify, though it is always a good idea to confirm specific trim eligibility with us, as certain limited-production models like the Raptor lineup, which starts at $85,137, may have different rules. From the work-ready XL with its 5.0L V8 engine to the Police Responder powered by a 3.5L V6, the savings apply across the board. Every one of these trucks comes standard with an Automatic transmission and 4WD, ensuring they are built tough for the hills and seasonal snow we see in the tri-state area. The F-150 has even earned a TOP SAFETY PICK rating from the IIHS, which gives our local families extra peace of mind during their daily commutes. Beyond the full-size trucks, the 2026 Ford Ranger and the Ford Maverick are also big parts of the American Value conversation. The Maverick is particularly popular for those who want a versatile pickup that handles more like an SUV, often starting thousands of dollars less than its closest competitors. If you have a very specific build in mind, you can use our new vehicle custom order tool to spec out a truck with the exact features you need, like the Tailgate Step w/ Work Surface or Skid Plates. We also make sure to keep a fresh rotation of new vehicle specials available to complement the employee pricing event. For those who are putting their trucks to work, we offer specialized work truck options that can handle heavy-duty hauling and towing. And since we live in a salt-belt region with cold winters, don't forget that you can find the right tires for your new Ford to ensure you have the best traction on our rolling hills. Maximizing Your Savings with Trade-In Guarantees and Loyalty Stacking Ford frequently allows you to stack this discount with regional rebates, low-interest APR financing, or loyalty bonuses for returning Ford owners. This "combining offers can provide additional value. At Tri State Ford, we also offer an additional trade-in guarantee to help you get the most out of your current vehicle. You can use our online tool to estimate your trade-in value and see exactly how much equity you can put toward your new purchase. For those looking for heavy-duty capability, the Super Duty F-250 is a prime candidate for these savings. If you like driving a new truck every few years and want a lower monthly payment, leasing with A-Plan pricing can be very attractive because the capitalized cost of the vehicle is much lower from the start. On the other hand, if you plan to keep your truck for a decade or more to tackle projects around Calcutta, buying allows you to build equity and eventually eliminate a monthly payment altogether. Our team at our dealership is here to walk you through the numbers for both paths. If you decide that a new vehicle isn't the right fit at the moment, we also have specials on used vehicles that offer great value. For those who want to move quickly, our instant cash offer tool provides a fast way to get a check for your current car, which can be used as a down payment to lower your monthly costs even further. Regardless of which path you choose, the American Value pricing applies to the base price of the vehicle, making both leasing and buying more affordable than usual. We see a lot of families who find that the employee discount allows them to step up to a higher trim level, like moving from an XLT to a Lariat, while keeping their payments within the same budget they had originally planned.
