Unlocking Ford Employee Pricing for Everyone at Tri State Ford The national "Employee Pricing for Everyone" event has officially arrived, and it fundamentally changes the math for local truck and SUV buyers. Running from May 1, 2026, through July 6, 2026, this program allows U.S. customers to bypass the usual negotiation process and pay exactly what an authorized Ford employee pays. At our dealership, we see this as a way to treat our neighbors like family by offering transparent, bottom-line pricing on the most capable vehicles in the lineup. Whether you are navigating the hilly terrain around Calcutta or heading out for a weekend on the water, this pricing structure makes it easier to get behind the wheel of a reliable new vehicle. When you visit us at 1503 Pennsylvania Ave in East Liverpool, you will find that "Employee Pricing for All" is based on Ford’s internal A-Plan formula. This calculation starts with the dealer invoice price, subtracts the dealer holdback and advertising assessment, and adds a small administration fee. The result is a price based on Ford’s internal pricing formula, offering competitive value compared to MSRP. For families who need a vehicle that can handle both the daily school run and heavy-duty towing, this discount can reach into the thousands of dollars. We understand that our customers have busy schedules balancing work and family life. To support a stress-free buying experience, we offer convenient services like Ford Pick Up & Delivery to help manage your time effectively. If you have questions about which models qualify for these specific savings, you can always give our team a quick call at (330) 462-7578. As your premier Ford dealer in the tri-state area, we are committed to providing the transparency you expect when making a major investment in your family's transportation. Our mobile service team is also available to support your vehicle needs long after you drive off the lot, ensuring your new Ford remains as reliable as the day you bought it. While the current promotion brings A-Plan pricing to the general public, it is helpful to know how this compares to the X-Plan, which is typically reserved for employees of partner companies or friends and neighbors of Ford staff. Generally, the A-Plan is the most aggressive discount available, offering a price that is often hundreds or even thousands of dollars less than the X-Plan. During this limited-time event, everyone receives the deep A-Plan discount, which is the same rate used for Ford Motor Company corporate employees. For those looking for a specific configuration that fits their professional or recreational needs, we can assist with a new vehicle custom order to ensure you get the exact features you want while still taking advantage of the employee pricing program. This is particularly useful for buyers who need specific towing technology or interior layouts. If you are searching for a heavy-duty workhorse, you can explore our current truck inventory to see which 2025 and 2026 models are eligible for these significant reductions. While the "Employee Pricing for Everyone" event focuses on new retail delivery, we also maintain a high-quality selection of pre-owned options for those with different budget requirements. You can shop our Carfax 1-owner vehicles to find reliable alternatives that have been thoroughly vetted for quality. Regardless of whether you choose a new model under the employee pricing event or a trusted used vehicle, our goal is to provide a down-to-earth, honest environment where you can make the best decision for your household. F-150 Value Showdown and Diesel Availability Under Employee Pricing The 2026 Ford F-150 stands as a primary example of how much you can save during this event. For instance, the XL trim with 4WD and the 5.0L V8 engine has a starting MSRP of $49,116. Under the employee pricing formula, that figure reflects competitive pricing based on Ford’s employee pricing program, providing strong value in the full-size truck segment in the full-size truck segment. When comparing the F-150 to rivals like the Chevy Silverado, the Ford often leads on the inclusion of advanced tech at lower price points, especially when the A-Plan discount is applied to trims like the STX at $51,983 or the Police Responder at $56,475. Ford does include diesel options in the "Employee Pricing for Everyone" eligibility list, which is great news for those who prioritize the high torque and fuel efficiency of a diesel powerplant for long-distance hauling. This applies to select Super Duty models, though it is important to note that certain high-end trims like the Limited or specialized Raptor models are typically excluded from this specific promotion. For those needing a balanced daily driver, the F-150 XLT starts at $65,271, while the more luxurious Lariat sits at $74,568, both offering the 3.5L V6 or 5.0L V8 options that are well-suited for the rolling terrain of the Appalachian Plateau. To make the transition into a new truck even more affordable, we recommend that you check your current vehicle's trade-in value online. You can also explore our new commercial vehicle selection or our used work truck options if you are looking for a vehicle specifically for your business. Taxes Fees and Out of Pocket Costs Under the Employee Pricing Program A common question we hear is whether "Employee Pricing for Everyone" includes all the "out-the-door" costs like taxes and fees. It is important to be transparent: the employee price refers specifically to the cost of the vehicle itself. You will still be responsible for state sales tax, title and registration fees, and the dealership's documentation fee. Because these costs can vary based on your place of residence, our finance department is here to provide a clear breakdown of the total cost before you sign any paperwork. Even with these standard fees, the savings from the A-Plan discount remain substantial. Additionally, Ford often allows you to stack this pricing with other current manufacturer specials, such as low APR financing or additional retail cash incentives. This can further drive down the total cost of ownership. For business owners, choosing a vehicle like one of our Transit work vans under this program can provide a significant tax advantage and lower initial investment, helping your bottom line from day one. Common Questions About the Ford Employee Pricing Event Q: Do I need a special PIN to get employee pricing during this event? During the "Employee Pricing for Everyone" promotion, the standard requirement for a personal identification number (PIN) is typically waived for the general public. Our team handles the eligibility confirmation on-site, making the process as simple as a standard retail purchase. This allows you to walk in and see the discounted price on eligible models like the F-150 or Explorer without any extra paperwork. Most engine options in the F-150 lineup qualify, including the 5.0L V8 found in the XL and STX trims, and the 3.5L V6 available in the XLT and Lariat. Even high-performance options like the 5.2L V8 in the Raptor are part of the broader F-150 family, though you should confirm specific trim eligibility with us, as some specialty models like the Raptor R may have different program rules. Q: Can I use employee pricing on a Ford Super Duty for my business? Yes, many 2026 Super Duty configurations are eligible, including the Super Duty F-250 XL with the 6.8L V8 gas engine and TorqShift-G 10-speed transmission. This is an excellent opportunity for local contractors to upgrade their fleet. You can browse our new work truck inventory or our F-Series work inventory to see the available options. Q: Are there any Ford models that are excluded from this pricing? While the list of eligible vehicles is broad, Ford typically excludes limited-production and specialty models. This often includes the Mustang GTD, certain Raptor configurations, and high-trim Super Duty models like the Limited. If you have a specific model in mind, we can check our truck inventory to confirm its status for you. Q: How does this pricing affect my trade-in value? Employee pricing does not change how we value your trade-in. We still use independent market data to ensure you get a fair price for your current vehicle. The combination of a high trade-in value and the A-Plan discount can lead to a very low net price on a new Ford, making this an ideal time to upgrade. How to Claim Your Employee Pricing Savings Locally Taking advantage of these savings is a straightforward process designed to respect your time and your budget.
